During the last few years of connecting the dots of Reality/ties, following the white rabbit, traveling here and there and learning from all angles of tangible sources and etheric ones, I got connections with some amazing people from all walk of lives from highly recognized journalists, Earth grid keepers, entrepreneurs, whistleblowers, alternative media runners,  channelers, healers, shamans, integrative health doctors…You name it. One of them is a friend , channeler whom I met during some workshop quality times in Hawaii and upon our latest connection, I triggered a channeled message from him that I think might be of an importance to share here.
Matthew from Ariyana Channeling  ( Ariyana is a higher self aspect of Matthew made up of several higher density light beings) is based in LA at the moment and as we connected energetically via computers, we both agreed that it is highly relevant during those times within the entire Collective of people, to make this message flow publicly as it may be of Service to many out there 🙂  Feel it in your Heart and take whatever resonates with You through Your own discernment  :

Connected to Emotional Core EXPRESS IT. DO NOT SUPPRESS IT. USING EMOTIONAL BODY AS AN INHERENTLY IMPORTANT TOOL FOR EXPANSION.

Inspired by Co – founder of upcoming March Awake and Empowered Expo Conference, Micheila Sheldan, channelling 9th Dimensional Lemurian Ascension Collective in assistance to Expansion of Human Consciousness.

There is a vast sea of channellers out there and I feel many people get actually lost in often opposing and confusing messages being brought by them to the surface. To be honest there is literally a handful people channeling that I find myself in honest and sincere resonance with as for information they deliver really aligns itself perfectly with what is going on in the world and how we can use this information to support ourselves on Collective level. One of those channellers is Micheila Sheldan, very often interviewed for AEE TV by spiritual teacher and energy transfer – Ethan Fox. 

 I am strongly feeling an importance of sharing this today in the face of emotional triggers, densities and understanding of how we create alignment with what we have brought here to heal.

“Density is your perception of energy through experience that is for you physical. So when you are having an experience that you don’t like and you are feeling a lower vibrational emotion related – this is equivent to density. This density is multidimensional. For example, maybe there is an argument that You are having with Your family member and it seems very specific and personal and relatable to your own experience. But in all reality it’s a density that You are purging on behalf of the entire Collective. Through a Solar engaged expansion.

But your Soul knew that when this density / experience arose in your field you were given an opportunity here to heal and to continue this journey of expansion through that healing . But the very opportunity that has been presented to you has been tuned into you in such a way that you end up recreating it over and over and over again.

It brings us to the concept of Self control. Micheila’s channelling suggested renaming this entire concept into calling it Vibrational Harmony. The goal of the Human Consciousness is to realize expansion of Light that is available to you in this very moment. And any timeline that you are connected to of suffering or lower vibration is an opportunity to receive more… more of the suffering or more of the expansion and Light. And your ability to fall into the Vibrational Harmony with the dense experience that you are having is the catalyst not only for your ascension but for ascension of entire Human Consciousness.

Your singular experience here is perceived through your Awareness. And Your Awareness is the Vibrational Harmony, connected and tuned into your core… the Mother Earth Gaia core. The Creator, The energy within.

So if you were to notice that in any moment with anything that arises within your experience – your Vibrational Harmony becomes the catalyst, by which you choose to create more density or by which you expand. Hence a very simple process begins to arise.”

And the way we were taught control has been accepted in our energy field as a program, that now we need to learn to reverse.

Basically in the process of growing up and learning self control, we were taught that whenever we have an emotional response to the experience – that it was inappropriate. That the anger, fear, sadness was an inappropriate response to our experience. In reality there is nothing further from the truth as our Emotional Body was given to us as the most amazing, valuable tool not only for our Higher Good but for the Higher Good of an entire Collective . As a matter of fact it was never meant for us NOT to experience anger, fear, joy, loneliness, joy, happiness or excitement. We came here to experience exactly that.

“It was all along meant for us to use this tool as a part of our internal core that vibrated with Light, in such a way, that we brought harmony into our being to expand our Experience here.”

So if we went back to the example with the perpetual argument that arises with a family member, and during this argument there is shame, guilt, blame, fear, sadness. The more we talk about it, the more we tune into it and vibrate with that particular experience, we are accepting density into the structure. And by accepting this into our field, we are creating more of its likeness. And then we experience another argument with that family member.

By not allowing them ( emotions ) to arise, suppressing them, denying and hiding as we were taught in childhood – we can create sickness in the body ( if only that ). Going INTO the feeling and letting yourself Feel the emotion is the KEY here. Without Feeling there is no Healing.

I wrote about Sacha Stone and New Earth Nation Project before in my blog post called : “Creating a better World and saving Humanity? Easy. Few Projects and Movements that can bring this Change now.” ( You can read about it and watch many recommended interviews with Sacha under the number 3 Movement on the above blog post.). Personally I have been following actions within this project and talks by its founder since my Journalism studies years, and it never stopped resonating with my higher consciousness’ radar of Truth – when I hear it.

Here I wanted to add few of the newest talks delivered by him as I found him amazingly able to eloquently articulate and speak my mind in every each of them. Listening to him is like hearing my own thoughts that were never articulated in voice out loud, so after listening to those talks and nodding along with every word he speaks I decided to just briefly post those interviews here and share those streams of Pure Consciousness in Action. Sacha is like a different version of Bentinho Massaro ( click the highlighted link to see my blog post on this Higher Consciousness sharings ) delivering different tools, wonderful visions,  empowerment and words of wisdom – yet it all comes from the same One Source, in what seems IN Pure Service to Humanity. In both cases.

It’s also interesting to me observing my own actions as I find myself more and more on a Path of merging all those amazing Co-Creation based visions of spread around the World versions of One Spirit just having an experience in different “human vehicles” – bodies. I want to bring those awakened Teachings, Wisdoms, Visions, Movements and Projects together so that we can Create something incredible in Unity by communing those “tools” and solutions in the name of Creating One amazing New Earth with No Divisions whatsoever. “Former rock musician and artist Sacha Stone grew up in Rhodesia-Zimbabwe throughout the war for independence.

He established Humanitad in 1999. After conducting a five year diplomatic campaign he engaged Humanitad upon both the NGO and IGO playing fields as an outspoken advocate of human rights and natural justice.

Humanitad is a neutral organization dedicated to uniting nations, faiths and cultures through the conception and realization of initiatives and programmes which celebrate the unity of humankind. The organization serves as a facilitator for the exchange of ideas which serve human and planetary betterment. It researches and develops new modalities to progress environmental sustainability, social justice, indigenous preservation and conscious living. Through it’s extensive global network of activists, experts and brain-trusts Humanitad is committed to ushering in a new era of planetary innovation and leadership in our time.

He has instigated peace initiatives and education programs, and has lobbied against human-rights abuses in different parts of the globe and continues to prosecute for the protection of breakthrough innovators, scientists and doctors.

Sacha founded New Earth Project (New Earth Nation), the worlds most integrated movement promulgating sustainable, sovereign and self-determining communities. It operates as a universal trust engaging micro-nations by Treaty and exists outside of fictitious enclosures dreamt up by self-serving corporation-governments and institutions.

He is also founder of the ITNJ International Tribunal for Natural Justice, which launched under multilateral observership in June 2015 via a ceremonial seating and ratification ceremony at Westminster Central Hall in London on the 800th anniversary of the signing of Magna Carta. This new planetary court is committed to the dispensation of natural justice and adherence to the rule-of-law.

Sacha is a public speaker, publisher, writer and film-maker.
