30 min Guided Meditation that will leave you at Peace for entire day.

Woke up today and started my day with this beautiful guided meditation from Rupert Spira. Tuning into his gentle voice and delivered words of wisdom….softly sinking in my inner awakening of understanding of IT ALL. Almost sending little shivers of knowing joy at the core of who you are, while breathing becomes gentler and gentler, deeper and deeper, slower and slower – to bring you HERE.

Beautiful and Soul comforting words he speaks out:

On top of that beautiful morning experience, read this beautiful poem by ~Thich Nhat Hanh and step into your full empowerment within your day:

“This body is not me.

I am not limited by this body.
I am life without boundaries.
I have never been born,
and I have never died.

Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars,
manifestations from my wondrous true mind.

Since before time, I have been free…

Can’t stop listening to this talk. See why. The New Science of Consciousness.

#briefly #what’s on my mind

There are countless of talks by Rupert Spira that I could listen to for hours, but lately this one keeps ringing in my head and I find myself returning to listen to it whenever I can. See why and how profoundly electrifying it is, starting in the Heart area and slowly taking over entire Self – in Knowing the One and only – Infinite Consciousness:

The New Science of Consciousness, Rupert Spira:

The most profound “small talk” on dealing with suffering. Phenomenal 15 min video on breaking the chains of suffering through understanding it.

suffer2 Who wants to suffer? You? You ? Anyone? No? …. Nobody? Yet it seems we all experience it in our daily lives. What is the true nature of suffering and how can we all understand its appearance in our lives better in order to learn from it and Grow, rather than banging our heads onto a wall screaming pointlessly”Why me?!, why me?!” or “Oh, crap…not again!” 😉

While listening abundantly 😉 to video talks from Rupert Spira – spiritual teacher (Theory of Non-Duality), whom I mentioned already in my previous post here: Finding the sense of Completeness and Wholeness within. Healing a Wound of Separation and Discovering Happiness, I came across an amazing video contemplating the nature of suffering in our lives and how to approach it, if experienced. I did write on the matter of pain and suffering before, selectively focusing on advice from some of my favourite spiritual teachers, and would kindly recommend to read my previous post as well : A Way Out of Pain – Advice from my Favourite Spiritual Teachers. 20 Profound Videos on Pain and Suffering, as it brings deep insight into the above topic as well. Thought the subject of suffering is so overwhelmingly common these days wherever we look, that any kind of information that may help you find the way out of suffering through the process of understanding it and recognising it for what it really is, would be of service here. I am very selective in my filtration of philosophical information on emotional/psychological/spiritual issues people might have, so you can be sure it’s not just a random pick out from the crowd of videos from youtube what I present here.

Spira states that – The root of suffering is an illusion. And follows up with some remarkable words of wisdom here:

“Suffering is to the mind what pain is to the body. You put a hand into the fire and you experience pain. The pain is not a mistake here, but the body’s intelligence telling you – “take your hand out of the fire”. So in a way pain is working on behalf of your well-being. Suffering is exactly the same on the level of the mind. It is co-operating with your desire for happiness. It’s telling you – take your hand out of the fire as well. In this case it is telling you – you have mistaken yourself for a separate, limited awareness. Take a Look. (…). It’s just a wae up call. It’s saying You’ve mistaken yourself for an object, a separate self.(…) “

Finding the sense of Completeness and Wholeness within. Healing a Wound of Separation and Discovering Happiness.

wholeness_l “The greatest discovery in life is to discover that our essential nature does not share the limits nor the destiny of the body and mind.” – Rupert Spira

I couldn’t help and just wanted to briefly share a profoundly wonderful talk by Rupert Spira (Non-Duality Concept) while interviewed by Lilou Mace. I deeply tuned into this talk and its message 3 times today and thought it’s important to share with anyone willing to listen. It’s only 30 min video but will resonate inside you – hopefully forever 😉

Rupert discuss all aspects of the non-dual understanding from the initial investigation into our essential nature of pure Awareness, to the deeper exploration of the separate ‘me-feeling’ in the body, to the realignment of the mind, body and world with this new understanding.

Thought divides knowing into a knower and the known, loving into a lover and the beloved, and perceiving into a perceiver and the perceived. As such, it is thought alone that abstracts a subject and an object from the seamless, unnamable intimacy of pure Knowing or Experiencing.
