Do not escape your feelings, no matter how dark they may seem, try to Turn towards them and meet them right in their intense Core.
Meet each of them with Love and Appreciation. With no judgements, no should or they shouldn’ts be there..
Say thank you for coming up to the surface so I can honour you as valid and not suppressed anymore.
At the same time release the Idea of those emotions shifting to the surface to be released. Release attachment to trying to get rid of them or a secret agenda of ..Ok I will feel it very fast so that it will be released. There is a judgement in such thought.. And judgement will perpetuate the suffering.
Instead… Let’s just OBSERVE…LET THOSE FEELING BE as they ARE and come…
Get curious what it wants to communicate.
Before any thoughts of …if I were there…somewhere else I’d be happier, I’d be more, I’d be this and that…
Meet yourself first deeply inside before making a move of escapism changing location to another location, thinking it will be better, another distraction, addictive pattern or shiny object (…);
Time for marinating Inside in All feelings that Arise.
No matter where you go…You bring yourself there. No escape.
BE. Deeply with you. Meet yourself first. Get to Know all of You. Step by Step.
Let’s cultivate this SPACE. Step by Step.
