EXPRESS IT. DO NOT SUPPRESS IT. USING EMOTIONAL BODY AS AN INHERENTLY IMPORTANT TOOL FOR EXPANSION.
Inspired by Co – founder of upcoming March Awake and Empowered Expo Conference, Micheila Sheldan, channelling 9th Dimensional Lemurian Ascension Collective in assistance to Expansion of Human Consciousness.
There is a vast sea of channellers out there and I feel many people get actually lost in often opposing and confusing messages being brought by them to the surface. To be honest there is literally a handful people channeling that I find myself in honest and sincere resonance with as for information they deliver really aligns itself perfectly with what is going on in the world and how we can use this information to support ourselves on Collective level. One of those channellers is Micheila Sheldan, very often interviewed for AEE TV by spiritual teacher and energy transfer – Ethan Fox.
I am strongly feeling an importance of sharing this today in the face of emotional triggers, densities and understanding of how we create alignment with what we have brought here to heal.
“Density is your perception of energy through experience that is for you physical. So when you are having an experience that you don’t like and you are feeling a lower vibrational emotion related – this is equivent to density. This density is multidimensional. For example, maybe there is an argument that You are having with Your family member and it seems very specific and personal and relatable to your own experience. But in all reality it’s a density that You are purging on behalf of the entire Collective. Through a Solar engaged expansion.
But your Soul knew that when this density / experience arose in your field you were given an opportunity here to heal and to continue this journey of expansion through that healing . But the very opportunity that has been presented to you has been tuned into you in such a way that you end up recreating it over and over and over again.
It brings us to the concept of Self control. Micheila’s channelling suggested renaming this entire concept into calling it Vibrational Harmony. The goal of the Human Consciousness is to realize expansion of Light that is available to you in this very moment. And any timeline that you are connected to of suffering or lower vibration is an opportunity to receive more… more of the suffering or more of the expansion and Light. And your ability to fall into the Vibrational Harmony with the dense experience that you are having is the catalyst not only for your ascension but for ascension of entire Human Consciousness.
Your singular experience here is perceived through your Awareness. And Your Awareness is the Vibrational Harmony, connected and tuned into your core… the Mother Earth Gaia core. The Creator, The energy within.
So if you were to notice that in any moment with anything that arises within your experience – your Vibrational Harmony becomes the catalyst, by which you choose to create more density or by which you expand. Hence a very simple process begins to arise.”
And the way we were taught control has been accepted in our energy field as a program, that now we need to learn to reverse.
Basically in the process of growing up and learning self control, we were taught that whenever we have an emotional response to the experience – that it was inappropriate. That the anger, fear, sadness was an inappropriate response to our experience. In reality there is nothing further from the truth as our Emotional Body was given to us as the most amazing, valuable tool not only for our Higher Good but for the Higher Good of an entire Collective . As a matter of fact it was never meant for us NOT to experience anger, fear, joy, loneliness, joy, happiness or excitement. We came here to experience exactly that.
“It was all along meant for us to use this tool as a part of our internal core that vibrated with Light, in such a way, that we brought harmony into our being to expand our Experience here.”

So if we went back to the example with the perpetual argument that arises with a family member, and during this argument there is shame, guilt, blame, fear, sadness. The more we talk about it, the more we tune into it and vibrate with that particular experience, we are accepting density into the structure. And by accepting this into our field, we are creating more of its likeness. And then we experience another argument with that family member.
By not allowing them ( emotions ) to arise, suppressing them, denying and hiding as we were taught in childhood – we can create sickness in the body ( if only that ). Going INTO the feeling and letting yourself Feel the emotion is the KEY here. Without Feeling there is no Healing.
The license to understand that is that generally those emotions of lower vibrations are not inherently bad. They serve us in the moment as they allow us to resolve karma and density and allow to tune our frequency into a new opportunity of the experience, that brought us to the full realization of who we wanted to become in the moment.
“There’s a holographic mirror in the structure in every moment. And that mirror is your own energy body perceiving its own experience. And when we connect with density or lower vibrational experience, like an argument, and we continue to create it through our awareness or attention to it. Or we suppress the emotion and do not allow the emotion to arise – we are not benefitting our own structure and our own experience. We are not vibrating with the highest expression of who we ARE.
So using the Emotional Body as an actual Tool becomes very important in the upcoming Transition we are going through and Ascension / upgrade process we are finding ourselves in the midst of.. ( I will write about other tools and the Transition Process in the following post. Stay tuned ).
